REFUND POLICY
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Returns are accepted ONLY if we sent you the wrong item by mistake. All other returns are subject to the conditions below.
Return Window:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items CANNOT be returned:
• Customized or personalized items (custom ring sizing, stone selection, plating options)
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
Exception - Wrong Item Sent:
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will accept the return and send you the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately at info@ateliersultan.com
CRITICAL NOTICE - International Returns:
⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Turkish customs charges import tax on ALL items entering Turkey, including returned merchandise. Return shipping costs combined with customs fees often EXCEED the original product price for international orders.
We strongly recommend:
• Double-check your ring size before ordering
• Review product details, materials, and measurements carefully
• Contact us with questions BEFORE purchasing
• Ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection
We are happy to accept returns, but we want you to understand the true cost of international returns to avoid unexpected expenses.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Shipping Responsibility:
All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. You must provide us with the return tracking number and carrier name once you ship the item back. Items sent back without prior approval or tracking information will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The same conditions above apply, including buyer responsibility for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
