SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are handcrafted to order in our Bodrum atelier. Standard orders are prepared within 2-3 business days. Customized items (ring sizing, stone selection, plating options) may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times:
Once your order is prepared and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• Turkey (Domestic): 3-5 business days
• Europe: 5-7 business days  
• USA: 7-10 business days
• Asia & Rest of World: 7-15 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and order weight. Rates vary by location.

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties:
• USA Orders: US import duties are INCLUDED in your order total 
• Other Countries: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT: Turkish customs charges import tax on ALL returned items, even for exchanges or refunds. Return shipping costs often exceed the product value for international orders. Please carefully review your order, check sizing, and ensure you are satisfied before purchasing to avoid costly returns.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide from Bodrum, Turkey. International customers are responsible for complying with their local import regulations.
