I'm Sultan, a young independent jewelry designer and maker. I design my own models and produce them myself at my atelier, Atelier Sultan, in Bodrum. I use 925 sterling silver in all my designs, and I believe silver is the gold of the future.

For this necklace, I drew inspiration from the ancient Anatolian Troy civilization and its iconic wheat motifs. In ancient Anatolia, wheat was the symbol of abundance, prosperity, and the cycle of life — and the fertile plains surrounding Troy were celebrated for their golden fields. I designed this bold three-row necklace with intricately handmade wheat-inspired spacers in 925 sterling silver, measuring 48 cm in length. Each piece is assembled spontaneously, making yours a completely unique, unrepeatable work of art.

I create pieces in 24K gold plating, plain silver, and oxidized/darkened (rustic) silver. I work with stones such as lapis, turquoise, pearl, and coral, as well as antique coin reproductions. I draw inspiration from ancient Roman, Greek, and Anatolian art and museum pieces. All my products are entirely handmade and not mass-produced.
